The journey towards oneself is long and ever going. Like all types of training, health and transformation occur little by little with practice on an everyday basis. The results do not appear right away but, if you keep practicing, one day you suddenly realize that you have made a leap! The challenge is that we often doubt our practice because we do not see results right away or we find reasons to skip it (unconsciously escaping it) and thus believing that the problem is the practice, and not ourselves. Keep practicing and the changes will appear on their time. Every week we support our path with practice.
